After 15 years Cure Brain Cancer Foundation is moving the date of its Sydney Ball

After 15 years of having its Sydney Ball on the first Saturday in May, Cure Brain Cancer Foundation is moving the date of its Ball.

This follows the decision of the newly-formed Charlie Teo Foundation to hold its inaugural ball on the same night that Cure Brain Cancer Foundation was scheduled to have its ball. We have listened to feedback from our supporters, and agree that it is not in the best interests of the brain cancer community to have two balls for the same cause on the same night, in the same city.

The more people that support brain cancer research, the better off the community will be. It takes more than any one individual to treat and care for someone with brain cancer and it will take more than any one individual or organisation to find a cure.

We are truly grateful to all those who have already purchased tickets. Ticketholders have been contacted with the option of transferring their ticket to the new date, or receiving a full refund.

We hope you understand the reasons why we are changing the date, and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We look forward to seeing you at our future Sydney Avant Garde Gala Ball to raise funds for brain cancer research, advocacy and awareness.
