Cure Brain Cancer Foundation (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.

If you do not provide requested personal information, we may not be able to process a donation, issue a receipt, register you for an event, respond to an enquiry, publish your story, or otherwise provide the relevant service or support.

Where lawful and practicable, you may interact with us anonymously or using a pseudonym. However, this may not be possible where we need your identity to process a donation, issue a tax receipt, manage an event registration, investigate a complaint, or comply with legal obligations.

3. Handling of Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 without parental or guardian consent, where that consent is required.

If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent may be required to:

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors and ensuring that information shared with us is appropriate. Cure Brain Cancer Foundation may cancel donations, registrations, fundraising activity, or publication of content if required consent has not been obtained.

5. Fundraising & Peer-to-Peer Responsibilities

When participating in fundraising on our behalf:

You must provide accurate and lawful information
You must only collect, use or disclose donor personal information in a lawful manner and in accordance with any instructions or requirements notified by Cure Brain Cancer Foundation
You must not misrepresent Cure Brain Cancer Foundation or imply endorsement beyond what we authorise

Cure Brain Cancer Foundation reserves the right to remove fundraising pages or content that violate these rules.
