GBM AGILE is a revolutionary new clinical trial which presents a brand new way of testing and developing brain cancer treatments; a world-first global adaptive clinical trial brought about by the biggest collaboration in the history of brain cancer research.
Cure Brain Cancer Foundation was a catalyst in designing this new flexible, adaptive clinical trial approach. This approach gives GBM AGILE the potential to fundamentally change the clinical research process, by identifying or disproving therapies for GBM quickly. The aim of this is to help usher in a new generation of effective treatments for GBM, which remains the most common and deadliest type of brain cancer.
