Living well with brain cancer takes time, so be kind to yourself and do not expect everything to return to ‘normal’ immediately. In many cases, you may find your sense of normal has changed anyway, and that will take some getting used to.

 

When you are ready, a great first step is to set some goals. Keep it simple, like coffee with a friend, or rediscovering an old hobby.  

Getting organised can also help you find your sense of stability and control again. Another goal could be to complete one task in each of the following health categories:
